Tickle On Head??

Last night I felt a tickle on the top/ rear of my head, as though and insect was walking on my head. I immediately washed my hair, but it continued. I went to bed, hoping it was just a weird thing, but it has carried on today. Any idea what this might be?

Tickles & itches ain't that uncommon. Could be anything really. Dry skin maybe ? Insect bite ?

Head lice? Or nits? Those can be treated.
Maybe it's nothing much at all and will go away.
I get little itches and twinges all over the place, and put it down to old age.
I doubt if it's anything serious, although it can be very irritating. I hope all goes well for you.

Thanks, all. It feels like a weird nerve flicker or an insect crawling – but it’s not, because it’s exactly the same place all the time. It comes and goes. Weird.
