lol no, it is ONLY available to girls who haven't had sex yet!! Which is why i wanted to know when it was available!

that's what I thought you were saying, but I couldn't find anything in the news reports that said it's only available, or only will be available to virgins. It says that the earlier you're given it, the higher the success rate, but nothing about not giving it to people who have had sex already.

I think the point to note is that the injection is a vaccine, not a treatment/cure, so will only be of use to girls who have not already come into contact with the virus (i.e. those who have NEVER had unprotected sex).

I wouldn't have thought that they'd make a 'virgins only' rule, however the government may only plan to vaccinate school age girls, so you may not automatically be eligible for the injection when it is available.
