Tightening Up Saggy Neck
I've been steadily loosing weight over the past few months and have now lost 2st.
My neck is now a bit saggy where i used to have a double chin.
Are there any products or even excerises that actually work?
I know some of you on here have successfully lost weight, did you have the same problem?
Any suggestions gratefully received.

Dacey, very much depends on your age and your skin's elasticity. It can improve by itself over time.
You lose elasticity with age but some people are blessed with good genes and don't experience this as much as others.
Also, the more the skin has been stretched due to weight gain the less elastic it will be.
There are exercises for the neck and jawline that might help. One is to tip your head right back, extend your jaw as far forward as you can and open and close your mouth (your bottom teeth should extend over your top lip). Repeat a few times, then repeat a few times a day.
I have lost a lot of weight and have learned to live with my baggy, saggy skin. As an older man it is probably easier than if I were a younger woman.
These are the sort of exercises to try

Another exercise you can do anywhere, anytime - even in public - is to simply force the length of your tongue, not just the tip, in to the roof of your mouth. You will feel your throat muscles tightening. Apparently a lot of people do it when they know their photo is being taken as it does make the jawline look a bit tighter
Well done on your weight loss, by the way. I am certain the only person who notices your 'saggy neck' is you, so don't get too hung up about it.
The trouble with Healthline is that it's one of the evil sites that refuse to let you go where your link takes you unless you agree to all the spying on you that they demand.
No expert but I think there's a reason some mature ladies are known to accessorise with scarfs. Of ciurse, if it doesn't all shrink back naturally there's always private plastic surgery.
I would warn against plastic surgery.
Even if the result is better than expected it can lead to more anxiety and depression.
It's a bit like buying a new carpet for your living room. It is beautiful and looks heaps better than the old one.
Problem is the wallpaper now looks shabby and the curtains don't match, although you were sure they would.
Where does it stop?
Congrats on the weight loss! I want to say facial massage, watched a dermitologist talk on youtube, she says we can move the fatty fluid in our faces around, which covers our facial muscles. when you move the fluids into a position that can tighten all through the jowls and the skin underneath the chin....it'll last for an hour or so, but if you keep doing it...?
