What Physical Activity Have You Done This Week?

Alongside my usual upper body strength exercises on alternate days - pull ups, dips and press-ups I did a mile run.
Planned to do 2 x mile intervals but was fatigued for whatever reason so I admit took the easy option and ended it.
What have you done? Whether it's running or taking a short walk, stretches/range of movement exercises all is good..
