Itchy Foot

The sole of my foot gets very itchy, under the arch.  Nothing to show though.  Then the skin gets very hard.  What causes this and what will ease this itch?  Feels like little worms under the skin..... tia.

I use Eurax cream acts straight away

If you've got any anti-fungal cream, try that as well.

You only need to rub in lightly, but dont put anything on your feet for half hour or so because it will just soak onto whatever you cover your feet with. Put I'm pretty sure you already knew that, just a reminder. :0)
