Good evening, all!

I hope that everyone's OK and able to enjoy the lovely sunshine this weekend.

I could only manage a pathetic ONE out of seven in the main quiz this week!
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-68984092

I did rather better in the junior quiz though, with FOUR out of five:

An excellent aggregate score, in my opinion, Kwillmott πŸ˜Š

Good Evening 🐱

Another disaster!

Thank you, Moorea7!

I feel a lot better now πŸ˜‚

1/7 v 3/7

4/5 v 2/5  Call it quits  ?

Hope you battled through boosters, jabs and blood test to emerge blinking into the glorious sunshine and three happy cats.

2/7, 3/5. Norman much better now, Puss Puss enjoying the lovely sunshine, Bailey just plodding on as usual. Tomorrow is a busy day with refereeing in the morning then marshalling at the local regatta in the afternoon (the things we do for a free cup of tea, sandwich and chance to wear a high viz vest...is always entertaining trying to work out if the junior crews have the right numbers on)Hope all is good with you and yours.

A lovely aggregate score, in my opinion, Haras2 πŸ˜

My hormone injection on Tuesday left me feeling very tired but nowhere near as much as my Covid booster did yesterday.  The phlebotomist needed 4 different blood sample this afternoon, so I'm left feeling rather like a human pin cushion!

The Troublesome Trio are all as lovely as ever.  (Chequers is going through a super-affectionate phase, insisting on sleeping alongside me when I'm in bed, and taking up two thirds of the width of the bed as he does so!)

I hope that you'll have a lovely week and that you'll find a new feline friend very soon.

Question Author

Hi, Campbellking!  An aggregate score of 5 seems to be popular this week!

It's good to read that Norman is better and that your own feline friends are happy too.

I hope that you'll enjoy your day tomorrow!

Oops..... 1/7 and 2/5. πŸ™„Only excuse is that it has been the hospital/dentists week from Hell..... not good

Things can only get better, however!😎

Yet another member of the 'aggregate five' club!

Welcome, Sam!

(I'm pretty good for an old 'un, thank you.  I hope that you're well too!)

Oh dear, Jourdain2!

Hospitals are bad enough but dentists are the spawn of the Devil!

Better luck next week!

Good evening, Buen x

Yet another aggregate of 5!

Welcome to the club, Patsy!

Stick to crosswords, Scorpiojo!

(Thanks for joining in though - and better luck next week!)

5/7 & 3/5

Good idea, and thank you.

Question Author

Into the lead as usual, Lie-in King - although it's not exactly difficult this week, with only one other person having an aggregate score greater than 5 so far!

Good Evening, Chris!

My scores are

3/7, 3/5

I also have another covid jab booked next week which always knocks me for six, wiping me out for a couple of days. Plus I have a visit to the dentist for check up with whole family. Still, I guess it's good to get these things all out of the way in one go! (My mum has a real phobia of going to the dentist, so we all have to go together just to get her through the door!)

Hoping to also have some lovely days out and about in all this sunshine.

Wishing you and the terrific trio a wonderful week ahead :-)

3 and 3. Not bad for me, really.
