Good Morning Monday Birds!
Hope everyone had a good weekend? Got lots of odd jobs and fiddly bits of paperwork done so quite productive. But today has started very dark & grey here, and looks like it's about to hammer it down any moment.
There was a bit of a suggestion yesterday bout me maybe calling this thread something more about chatter/ or the day and less of morning if I wanted more people to get involved, and then the thread could be valid all day. Something like maybe ' Welcome Monday Chatter !'..... what do you think??
Whats everyone up to today then?x

Not much doing same old same Computer stuff should be a lot easier this week caught up and sorted out things last week, (How's it going with the Lap-top by the way?)
Lovely and Sunny today oop here in West Yorkshire this morning... of course it would be the weekends over.
Have a lovely day whatever she may bring you.
Morning all. Car in for its MOT today, hopefully all should be ok as its hardly been used in the last twelve months. I should sell it really but up to now I've not been ready. Nothing much happening today other than the grocery delivery, They are supposed to be taking the scaffolding down today but I am not holding my breath.
Have a happy day everyone
Good morning everybody. Sun is shining here in the West Midlands and makes me want to be busy. I like the idea of the thread going on all day, as I fluctuate about the time I get up. Think the idea of keeping SSmow in the title is good, as I scan through and if I see that I open up.
Going to see my friend I used to teach with who is housebound with Parkinsons. Perhaps we will manage to sit in the garden for an hour - one can but hope!!
Dull day here, just got back from supermarket run with a fed up Mr U as the cafe is closing next month, he has coffee and a bun while I am shopping.
Stayed in all day yesterday waiting for M&S to deliver chair, due time passed and got a message saying they were running late and would be deliver soon. Didn't realise that soon meant between 11.15 and 12.15 today!!
Hope the rest of you having a good day.
Good morning everyone. Hope you all had a lovely weekend. The sun is shining here and it's quite warm for a change. Wondered where all the bits of grass, moss etc at my back door had come from but just realised a little bird has started nesting in the box. Hope it's a bluetit as I haven'e seen one for a while. Even if it's a common sparrow it's still very welcome. Have a bit of shopping to do then it's out in the garden for an hour or so. Have a lovely day all whatever you're up to x
Good Morning Smow and gang - beautiful sunshine here in south of Scotland tho still a chill in the air coming from the sea. Been to the dentist - never a problem as he is a handsome Egyptian who always has a lovely smile. Daffodils lining the roadside also a lovely sight. Enjoy the rest of the day. x
Morning All. Just got out of the shower. Got to tidy up as my cleaner is due shortly.
Maggie, I had a Robin start building a nest right outside my patio doors. I was thrilled to bits, it didn't stop working all day. Then I spotted next door's cat watching carefully from the top of a shed. It didn't do anything, just watched. Got up the next morning, anxious to see how the Robin was getting on. Pulled up my bedroom blind to see the beautiful Robin dead on my patio being mauled by that wretched cat. So upset me. I hate that cat now.
Good morning all. It's a lovely one at this end of the country ...hopefully all week. Well, it is spring now.
I'm also planning to be productive...we can hope,
Regarding moths, I had an issue with them when I first moved in here...they were clothes moths...*shudder*...my head itches just thinking of them! I used various mothtraps/killers and they eventually disappeared.
