Hmmmm...
been watching Mr Mckenna on Sky one, and his new eating plan.
Has anyone done the
'Eat what you like but stop when full' thing for any length of time, and how successful have you been?

If you go onto www.amazon.co.uk you can type in the name of the book and read reviews on the book you wish to try. You need to stay positive, and believe it to work - good luck X
I've also tried to be more aware of what I am eating since watching the programme. The problem is when you are eating with other people. At lunch today I was trying to give the meal my full attention, and realised that I wasn't listening to what the others were saying and let's face it, part of the fun of eating with friends is a bit of gossip.
