These detox pads are meant to be worn on your feet (?) to 'collect' the toxins which leave your body overnight. Anyone tried them or know if they work?

Sorry, but I cant imagine any scientific basis for believing these work, what evidence is there that 'toxins' come out of your feet at night??! Total cobblers.
Is that just another word for sweat

I honestly thought you'd been on the wacky baccy with this question sunflower, until I looked up the attached site.

If I can stop laughing long enough I might absorb some of the information provided.

Well cobblers is a good answer. It would probably add more to your wellbeing if you had your shoes mended and fitted well!

Hi, yes i've heard of them and have wondered myself actually, yes i agree its sounds a bit daft, but apparently you put on the white clean pads before bed then when you wake up in the morning and the pads are all brown ? not that i'm saying there toxins or anything just maybe something that reacts with heat maybe....not sure, saw it in one of my health mags
