They shave it off before zapping you. While going through the treatment you are only supposed to shave (no waxing, plucking, etc) and you normally will need 5 sessions 6 weeks apart.
It only works on dark hair, so any fine blond hairs will remain, and you will likely get some regrowth after the treatment, but it is minimal and tends to be fine. But just wanted to warn you, it's actually "reduction" and not complete removal.
Like Laura-sakura said I'm not sure if they'll do your eyebrows with them being so close to your eyes! But you can always ring the salon to find out.
