How many times a week should I do the "Pump It Up" workout to see the benefits? We do them in P.E, either the Hi-Energy workout, or the Beach workout. Thanks

as a general rule you should try and exercise 4 times a week - with a rest day after your exercise day... this will give you good results for a general fitness programme (remember to stretch afterwards or you'll feel horrible the next day)..
