Spirulina Tablets!!

Hi, i recentely read an article about Spirulina, And apparentely its supposed to be really good for you, Does anyone take these tablets or has anyone got any information about them that they could tell me? Thanks in advance.

Thought I'd take a look, copippin, but the link's not quite right (as you guessed!). Once it's pasted in, trim off the </p> and it works okay. ;o)
