how do i meet new girls?

hello i am 17 and i have recently split up with my girlfriend that i was badly in love with. i find i hard to meet new girls as i lack in confidence. i have good looks but i need some advice as to how i meet girls? thanks

socialise lots. Go out with your mates clubbing etc etc, be yourself and not someone your not. Laughter works the best, girls love a bloke with a good sense of humour and that can make them laugh, and always always be a gentleman. Little things like opening doors for the lady goes a long way.

You could always try a dating agency, but its up to you. Ive never tried a dating agency, because I have never needed it as I have been lucky in the "ladies dept", but dont see any problems in trying if clubbing etc isnt your bag.

How about some different venus - such as a swimming pool, ice skating, salsa or line dancing? Or even an evening class doing something different. If you lack confidence, be really brave and try enrolling yourself in a Public Speaking class. Everybody there will be scared so you'll all be in the same boat but it will do a lot to help your self-confidence as they often do little exercises there like "Just a minute" when you have to get up and speak on a subject or 60 seconds. Being able to talk confidently will help you in forming new friendships.
