Pilates...
I've just started a Pilates class & am really enjoying it but, does anyone know if this is any good for toning up the tummy area?
I've recently lost weight, but I've still got a flabbyish belly - is this the best way to get rid of it or would aerobics be better?
Ps, I'm really un-coordinated & unfit and find aerobic classes really difficult!!

Its not so strenuous although you will need to be supple but that comes with practice. Yes Pilates is a good all over body exercise as it stretches and uses the muscles you have to work on those you want to strengthen.
But results can be slower than with aerobics but less energetic!!
Oh, and well done for losing weight - cant tell me your secret!! LOL
