I've had the raised patches that you spoke about, not just on my face but on legs and arms. I have just recently started using E45 Moisturiser.....it's a lot milder than the cream and you can use it as many times a day as you like...... I've tried everything...doctors perescriptions and everything.....but this seems to be working for me..
Could be a very mild psoriasis. Can be stressed induced, or diet, and can occur after other illness as it seems to come after the white blood cells have been busy.

Any concern with recurring problems should be seen by your GP. It isn't a waste of their time and certainly not if you are getting worried about appearances. They may suggest a chat with a dietician as you could have an allergy that you are unaware of and removing the 'trigger' from the diet will stop the skin problem.
