sore feet

I,am 66 jears old, and get very sore feet, ander the front of the foot. i have insoles from a podierist made, but still have pain. When my feet are sore, i cant even wear those. it feels like walking on rocks. has anyone got this problem, and can help??

You'd be better off seeing your doctor or chiropodist to find the cause of the problem.

It could be a simple thing like a vitamin definciency but best get it checked, as apart from anything else both feet are affected which would indicate to me anyway the problem is not actually your feet but someithing else which manifests itself in those symptoms.

Certainly see a doctor, I had same problem and it was found to be Neuropathy also they found that I was type 2 Diabetic .Iam 74 medication and podietry does help. good luck.
