texting someone abroad

ive already posted this in another section, but more people may see this one! does anyone know how much it will cost for me to send a text to america. i am on vodafone network. thanks!

sending a text msg to or from Turkey with Orange costs 50p

vodafone should have a price listing on their own web address.

is it someone who is on an american network or someone on a uk network who is visiting america? If they are just visiting America it would cost you your usual text cost. Not sure of vodafones exact pricing if they are on an american network - as previously mentioned you should find on their website.

they are also on a vodafone network, just on holiday. the website doesnt have information about texting someone abroad, only them texting the uk.

Almost all my Vodaphone bill is texting to Canada and Jamaica...the charge is 25p + VAT (32p I think) They are to the Digicel and Cable + Wireless networks.Hope that helps. Not sure if contract is the same as Pay as you go though.Mine is a contract with no special international package.

you just text them as normal and should not cost you anymore than usual. Would cost them more to text 'home' from there though.
