amino acids - brand names?
Hi,
I have just read that oaps can lessen their general aches and pains by taking body builders supplements.
apparently studies show that a daily dose of amino acids gave them stronger muscles and helped their pain.
can anyone tell me a brand name for one with amino acids in, or just an amino acid alone?
i looked at supplements but there are hundreds and i wouldn't have a clue which one to go for.
my dad is 79 and takes warfarin, so i am looking forone that is safe and simple to use and readily available.
many thanks
