Cold feet!

Can anyone suggest something for cold feet (and hands come to that)? Thermal socks are too thick to go under my boots/shoes, and a pair of socks plus two pairs of pop socks didn't keep my tootsies warm - brrrrr! Thanks.

I saw something in superdrug the other day, insoles that heat up when you put your shoes on, that might help.

It may be worth a chat with your GP as you may have Raynauld's, which is a common complaint that causes cold feet & hand. Your GP may be able to suggest what can help the problem.
