I have had a chest infection for ages, and a cough. Now, if I cough or sneeze, the back of my head really hurts in a kind of pressure way. It doesn't hurt otherwise.

Anyone had this before?

Would it not be muscle strain with so much coughing.Just think of the action you make when coughing or sneezing - it does involve your head moving forwards. It migh also be a spot of neuralgia althougth I suspect you would feel this all the time.

No - I think its muscular.Ibuprofen is generally the best for this as its anti-inflammatory as well as a pain killer.
