Have just returned from holiday in Tunisia - we had a hammam followed by three body treatments then a message. The body treatments were seaweed followed by some mustard-like preparation then the lady put some coarse herb-spice like concoction on my knees, elbows and shoulders. This concoction was like a coarse garam masala but boy did it generate lots of heat - does anyone know what it is as I couldn't comprehend what she was telling me it was. Thanks Stretts
