i dont usually suffer from PMT but my god im crazy today. I feel so angry i'm gonna explode, ive punched a wall and cut my knuckles open. I have sent some really horrible messages to my bloke even though i know he going through a bad time at the moment, and i have aplologised but i seem uncapable of not putting some little comment on the end. Ive been crying since i woke up this morning, My head is going round in circles, cant think straight or anything. The only thing i can think of is that it must be PMT cuz i came on last night, usually i get a little more emotional on my period but nothing like this!!

I've found myself blowing up at the slightest thing and then I just get angrier and angrier, I explained this to my doctor and he said a few women have said the same the past few months so I don't know if there's something in the water but you're certainly not alone!
I find lying down and taking deep breaths helps but that's not always possible so hopefully someone else can advise on calming methods!
Get your hand in cold water and I hope your knuckles get better soon!
xx

awwww, you poor thing nannon. I can totally sympathise with you. I'd go for a run or a hard fast walk-followed by shower, getting into some comfy clothes and relaxing. Always makes me feel better and clears my head. Should also get some frustration out which always helps! Really hope you're feeling better soon-will probably go away as quick as it came!
have a nice hot relaxing candle lit bubble bath while reading your favourite book then wrap the biggest towel you can find round you, put on your favourite cosy pyjamas & socks, climb into bed with a hot water bottle, put a real girly film on and eats lots of chocolate. im so lucky when it comes to really bad pmt as my other half runs round after me and gets all the above ready for me coming home from work. hope you feel better soon :-) xxx
p.s. beanmistress you're either a man or else you've never had pmt otherwise you would understand.i'm sure nannon is feeling bad enough without your insensitive comments.
It's not funny and lots of women get like this . I have every sympathy.Although my days of PMT are long past as are my days of the menopause .I can remember wanting to kill someone at times ! I also remember sweeping a whole worktop full of crockery and what have you onto the floor and smashing plates in frustration.I was not been in complete control and that's the frightening bit.
Cosset yourself a bit nannon, have some chocs and I hope you soon feel better.
