'Here are five money spiders send them onto 10 of your friends and you'll have luck with money within a month' Does anyobody ever send these and have they worked because I ignore them as to me by the end of the month I would just have a phone bill with an extra 1.20 I needn't have spent!

i hate those chain emails that you 'have to forward otherwise you'll have bad luck' and if you do forward you'll receive something special by such and such a time. i can be superstitious so i tend to forward them but its really annoying. plus im still waiting on all this good luck im supposed to be getting so from now on i'm not gonna bother. rant over :-)
How would you send 5 money spiders to ten friends? Have a half each, hmmm. Also if everyone sent this on to their friend at exactly within a month 100 people would've received it. So on the logarithmic scale it is on, A million people would have received it in 6 months. 1 billion in nine months and 10 billion in 10 months. Oh dear, wait, not quite that many people on the planet.
About 20 years ago I received a letter which if passed on to 10 people was supposed to be lucky. I am not superstitious and did not pass it on. I was surprised to find that two of the previous people who forwarded it with such comments as "well you never know" were the top people with two supermarket groups! The have both got 'just a little' it more money than me! Well, to be honest, a helluva a lot more!
its all just nonsense, life is what you make it.

these things drive me bananas !!

theres a chinese one which takes forever to get through, and if you are not careful and shut it down quickly at the end, it goes on again ! i should really just ignore them but i always end up reading them. curiosity ...................

I agree with cliffsdoll - I receive so many emails a day, including jokes, etc., & I delete the chain ones straight away - they're a blinking nuisance & I never forward them on!
They are just a way of trying to clog up the email system with more useless junk.
