Signs

I did put this on motoring but no-one has helped me yet so I thought I'd try you helpful lot on Body & Soul :-). It is bugging me now, when I'm out driving I see little aluminous stickers on signs, round my way the bulls head and camel are most common. Does anyone know, why they are there, and who puts them there??

Sorry, cant help you, but i have seen these too and always wondered what they are. Round here the most common ones are the bulls head you refer to as well as a mushroom! Someone must know what they mean!

See I've always thought they might be something to do with the RAF as the bulls heads seem to lead to the camp near me, but I need to know for definate

the only thing akin to this is when they have to run at night so the silly ******* know which way to go-bulls to the right camels to the left
