Absolutely!! It's all fluid transmission, and that's how you get those diseases. Actually anal sex is one of the quickest and easiest ways to get hiv because the skin on the anus rips because its not made to stretch like that, so you often have open cuts.

As advised, anal sex can be dangeous, because the anus does not secrete any natural lubricant, and the tissues are delicate and tear easily. If you are partaking, use lots of lubrication, and a streong condom, and take your time.

Unprotected anal sex with anyone carrying an STD is a pretty sure way to catch it, so make sure you take the apropriate precautions. Infections can also be picked up by the man penetrating, so a condom is safer all round.
