I've noticed recently that I seem to scar easily. If my cat scratches my hand its there permanently. Is this a sign I'm earting poorly?

I have always scarred easily. I have fair, fine skin and it shows every mark. Just a thin scratch can take ages to go. I eat a really good diet and always have.

As we get older we do tend to scar because our skin thins. I don't know how old you are, but if you are 40+ this could be the reason, especially if you are a menopausal woman.

I'm a 28 year old man, but I have been likened to a 40 year old menopausal woman.

LOL Priesty.

Seriously, if you are worried mention it to your GP or practice nurse.

Best wishes.

Mr Priesty, I would like to say it's due to it being that you eat poorly, but probably more down to the fact that hand gets alot of use and is growing week. Suffered from carpal tunnel?
