I know a fantastic girl, who I like more than I can type. However, she is engaged and seems really happy. Is it wrong for me to pursue possibly the love of my life?

it is, you could lose her as a friend if you make a move knowing she is engaged, if she is happy then you need to leave well alone, it may not work out with her fiance, but if it does then she will have to remain unrequited and you should move on. Good luck

thanks boob. I know this is the sensible answer, and it's what I've done so far.
I'm with boob all the way on this one. Just imagine if you were the guy she was engaged to and someone tried to leer her away. Plus, say she did get with you instead it will always be there in the back of her head 'what could have been' with her current fiance. If it doesn't work out between them then go for it definitely but if it does then leave well alone x
