Many thanks for your reply - I was about to re-post! Have submitted a question on the site you suggest - I have found on this and another medical site, they have Q & As on fungal infections, but nothing on my specific problem. They say they cannot reply to all questions as they get too many, but hopefully they will reply to me. I will go to my GP as soon as my coursework is out of the way (mature student) - incidentally one my the GPs at my surgery is under investigation for having failed to diagnose cancer in a man who has now died! (The Times a couple of days ago). But the other GP is ok I think. Anyway - thanks again!
