whats the best/least painful way of pubic hair removal? just bought home electrolysis kit, but am put off by pulling the hairs out with tweezers afterwards!

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.DO NOT USE HOME ELECTRLYSIS KITS......if these are not used properly they can lead to permanent scarring...please be very careful if you do use it.....as for best/least painful unfortunately the best methods are the most painful......waxing will leave you hairless for far longer then shaving or using creams...and your gender may affect the issue as well (some male hair growth is so strong as to render shaving of body hair a waste of time and effort)...so i'd recommend putting up with the pain of waxing/sugaring if you can!
it's not supposed to hurt - they say! Go for sugaring but get someone else to do it, There's a new one on the market NADS that's supposed to be ace. I'd go to a beautician's and get it done professionally. If you have a partner they'd be able to do it easier than you can, have a few drinks first to numb the pain. You can also get sprays for pre waxing that'll numb the skin [try boots or a hair supply salon] the sprays are specially for the bikini area. Boots also do an skin restoration balm [or use aloe vera gel] being careful of the delicate area. There's also hair growth inhibitors that you can buy. Avoid epilators!! personally i like to enjoy it with my partner, by clippering off the bulk of it then use either shaving gel or oil and have fun. For added pleasure use an electric razor afterwards to pick up any strays. then you get to do this every few days - beats watching TV!!
