Ok i know this sounds cliche but this is for a friend.
My mates got some insecurity problems when it comes to trusing his girlfriend as his last one cheated on him.
well he's going out with a new girl now but he accused of her flirting with another guy and she now holds it against him.
how can he show his gf that he trusts her. and yes he has said sorry many times

Then convince is girlfriend that he ''Trust Her'' . explain that due to a previous relationship where he was cheated on its been difficult and hes feeling insecure, i'm sure she will understand.
The bottom line is ''TRUST''.
If their is no trust in a relationship, you can wave goodbye
Goodluck
Laurence - you took the words right out of my mouth.
My friend and her partner have big trust issues and if one of them even speaks to a member of the opposite sex it can turn into a major issue. on the other hand my hubby and I are both quite flirty but because we have 100% trust for each other it's something we can joke about.
New relationships are always a bit jittery. Hopefully the trust will come in time but he can show it in small ways like not giving her the 9th degree if she goes out with friends.
Good luck to them!

Im under the opinion that he just shouldn't make accusations without knowing facts. I don't think its a crime to flirt to a certain extent, and just cos she's his girlfriend dont actually mean she's an object of ownership.
With insecurity problems, comes jealousy, soon he wont like her out, he wont like her friends. To show he trusts her, he's better off shutting up and not kicking off unless he physically see's any real activity between his girlfriend and someone. His problem is nobody elses problem and nobody can help him get over any insecurities - it's something he got to deal with on his own.
