nosepickers...are they more prone to respiratory infections???

any and all answers welcome.... but seriously ....is there any correlation with increase in incidence of respiratory infections for nosediggers???

Research has shown that in fact people that pick their nose and eat it are less prone to catching the latest germs and illnesses doing the rounds.


Apparently it builds up the immune system.

The nose is your 1st line of defence filtering out the larger airborne impurities, the it's down the the mucas membrane lining the trachea to catch the rest. To me it would seem if you eat your snot your by-passing that frontline defence so increasing the impurities reaching your lungs. No proof of this so ....mmmmmm salty !
