Does anyone know a remedy for peeling skin from the finger tips, tried lots of moisturiser and hand creams but nothing works. Its been six months and is getting worse. Could it be a vitamin deficiancy, The doctor said 'learn to live with it'

do you have a dirty job? i started wearing tight work glove's and it helped but i lost the glove recently, and i have noticed today how bad my fingers are again?
