Well if this man doesn't find himself being attracted to men then its more than likely just a fetish. I know someone who does it. He wear womens underwear because it turns him on but he is in noway gay!

Not necessarily Alfie. The person I know has NO reason to be bored in the sex department and are genuinely turned on by doing this. Thats what fetishes are all about. Would you say someone with a foot fetish is just bored? Or someone who liked to be dominated? Or to dominate? These are all fetishes. Each to their own.

Recently a man in NYC was arrested for 'assulting' over 70 women. This man would throw himself to the womans feet and proceed to lick, kiss and rub....her shoes. - and occassionaly he would caress their calves. Then he would just stop and walk away. Interesting,..and very odd.

I had a long term boyfriend, that would let me put bras, make -up, skirts, thongs and all sorts on him and we would have a laugh about it, but he would be mortified if anyone found out and no way wanted to do it outside the bedroom.
