Aching after exercise

The day after I have been to the gym (do an hour - 1/2 on cross stepper 1/2 on bike or cross trainer). I have been getting a dull pain inbetween my shoulder blades. I warm up before and do stretches after (arm aross the chest and over the head). I must be doing something wrong - does anyone have any ideas please?

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.I get that wen iv been to the gym too (sometimes even during my wrk out). i do simmilar routine to yourself -the 1 thing i do find helps to be honest is rite at the end of my cardio wen i do my weights, i take my time between each sets. Stretching all those aches away and my body surprisingly loosens up.
i no everybodys different but that deffinaltly works for me wen i can feel that well known burning sensation xxx
