I am doing lots of walking, I don't have a gym near, my husband is working away and I have 3 children so walking is the only thing I can manage at the moment.

Thanks for all your help, I have been sticking to healthy eating for a long time and lost 2 stone but as I'm sure you all know you fall off the wagon every now and again, I like the trampoline idea I might invest in one of these (more crap for the spare bedroom)!!
Janine's workout sounds good to me, I had heard that from someone else actually.......just want to tone up those wobbly bits a wee bit....hopefully I can do it..an hour in the gym is a bit much for me to manage as I got at 6:30 in the morning and have to be at work by 8ish, I do try for 30 - 40 minutes, 20 minutes on the cross trainer, 100 sit ups and some weights for my bingo wings
Good luck to everyone else in the same boat, I'm sure we'll all get there.
