They often moan about being fat and say they don't know why - after all they've lived on salad all week !!! Well, all I can say is - you don;'t get fat on lettuce butties so stop kidding yourself and take back the self control. We are all able (unless of course we have some medical condition that makes us fat) to be in control of what goes into our cake-ole. THERE - I'VE SAID IT (by the way - I'm no size 12 either !!)

I dont pride myself on my figure at all and I am very shy. However I dont complain about being fat when I feel fat I get on the cross trainer for 40 minutes and do some weights. Possibly more productive than staring at myself in the mirror wanting to kill myself cause my arse is looking a bit wobbly,

don't you just hate uber-skinny people who complain that they just can't put ON any weight? Tiresome and slap-worthy in the extreme.......... ;o)
