I would never react violently towards a person who had inflicted cruelty on animals without a justifiable reason, however, I would protest as stronglyas I could!
I understand the frustration the ARA's feel with current legislation, but violent protest against a law you disagree with is simply not acceptable.
I have stated before that I find it an anomaly that people who believe in the sanctity of animal life can then maim or lill people, it seems illogical in the extreme.
I am always suspicious of anyone who thinks their beliefs are so important that they must inflict (literally) their thoughts on others.
Legislation exists to keep us civilised - fight to change the law by all means, but you cannot threaten and maim people into agreeing with your beliefs - that action has no place in a civilsed society.
no-one believes in animal cruelty its the individuals interpretation of cruelty.the white suit in the laboritory feels no more cruel than the slaughterman or farmer as he feels justified and is acting for the good of the human race.you wont find any jobs entitled animal crueltist.
