my dream

hi i wonder if anycan help i keep having a recuring dream that i am told we are goin on holiday and i havent got enough time 2 pack,so i have to go straight to the airport with none of my possesions? i

ive been having this dream for about a year now and could really do with some help about what it means

I have a recurring nightmare about packing (I know where mine comes from though) It doesnt sound scary, just running about desperatly trying to pack and never managing :-( Mine is stress related. A feeling of being out of control and not being ableto keep things I need close to me. Dont know if that helps. Have you been stressed lately? Or felt things were out of your control?

I kept having the same kind of dream where I just couldnt find a thing so had to go without. Then when I actually went on holiday (not in dream) I had all my luggage left in England and had to go without for 4 days! Not to worry you though. I'm sure theres more to it. :-) Often dreaming of luggage means you are making things difficult in life which are really quite easy.

well i have exams at the moment, which i am stressed about . However i have been having this dream for about a year, thanks for you help by the way :)

I have that dream a lot. Mine is stress related too. And it doesnt help because you wake up more stressed than when you went to sleep. Just try and relax and put all bad thoughts out your head before you go to sleep.
