yoga for kids

does anyone know if yoga classes or relaxation classes for kids and teens happen and any info? I know it happens in America and probably England but i live in the Highlands and theres not much advertising for those kind of things.

hi,my mum works in a montessori (pre school) and she has 2yrs old to 4 yrs olds and they do yoga.they have someone come to the school to teach kids yoga...not sure about where you could find someone in your area but i could have a word with my mum to see if she knowsanything.sorry i couldnt help much much but part of your questions answered as to it does happen in england.il try to find info for you anyway x

Hiya,I don't know of anywhere that does actual yoga classes for kids but my mum is a nursery teacher and has some DVDs she uses with her kids. It might be worth having a look on Amazon for some you can do at home.
