but not sit ups I am crap at them. I just need to lose a bit of weight and tone up round the waste any ideas?

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.Believe it or not but running actually tightens your stomach as long as u move your arms as u run, u could also try holding a light weight in both hands and twisting round from left to right but keep abs tight well doing this,if you do a few lengths of swimming a day that should also help your stomach..good luck!
