Detox Foot Pads

There have been other threads on this subject but I would be interested in hearing from anyone who has actually tried them (not someone who works for them please!) so I can actually find out if they work ! I am sure I will get some down to earth comments from fellow ABers on this one ... Thanks !

hi ive been using detox foot pads for the last 3 months, and ive founf them very usefull, i find i sleep much better, and have noticed an improvement in my energy levels. The actual discoloration of the detox foot pads is only the natural ingriedients reacting with fluid (sweat exspelled from your body) the brown stickyness is not what is being removed. What is happening is that toxins are being exscreted in the sweat and absorbed in to the patches
