I've decided i need to tone up! Im not fat or anything just a bit squidgy in places! I would like a flat tummy (actually i would like one like a washboard but dont believe in miracles!) and would like to sort out my sides cos any fat on me is gathered there. So i need to know what excercises i should be doing, how often and if i need to make any changes to my diet (other than obviously cutting out the crap).

Thanks. x

Since walking our dog regularly by back has straightened, inches have come off my waist and my sides have pulled in good luck
pilates is really good if you just wanna tone up a few areas and i know it sounds obvious but drink at least 2-3 litres of water a day. good luck xXx
if you want toning as well as flexibility try and see if there are any "wushu" classes iin your area
any aerobic exercise taken at least every other day will significantly reduce the fat deposits you have stored - providing this is for a reasonable duration (aim for approx 30mins aerobic exercise) and of a reasonable intensity (it should be possible for you to still be able to talk while exercising but not hold a long conversation e.g. you should be out of puff).

regarding your diet - an easy and effective top to a healthy diet is to avoid man made food stuffs e.g. nothing that has been processed and packaged, so cut out your breads, pasta, chocs, biscuits etc etc and stick to simple food stuffs like veg, meats, fruit, andything that you make yourself.

good luck
