Listener 4842 For Me And You By...
Crosswords1 min ago
Me and my best friend always go away every summer on a girly holiday, last year we went to malia although i had just started a relationship but i went nevertheless. Needless to say i had a stupid night of foolishness with a guy and i confessed when i got home.
This year my friend wants to go away but he doesnt want me to and im scared it will ruin what we have (which is brill and i love him to bits) my friend is gutted and thinks im choosing him over her.
Anyone been in a similar circumstance???

If you don't go then you are proving to your boyfriend that his feelings over ride everything else and that your serious, this could help to make him trust you more and make your relationship stronger. You are choosing him over her but she needs to realise that your relationship is going to last longer than 2 weeks away, and if you do go away you may not be coming back to one! Is it worth the risk? But also don't let him think he has the upper hand and that he can bring up the cheating next time he wants his own way.
Your friend needs to understand that you aren't single. What would she do in your situation? Couldn't you go on a girly weekend away instead?
Go on hols with your boyf!
i always go on different holidays to my husband, and very rarely do we go on hols together, because we both like different things out of a holiday ie him, mountain climbing.kyaking me:eating and sunbathing.
You say "needless to say...." well if it is inevitable that you will cheat, as you seem to be suggesting then thats really manky of you, and if i was your boyfriend i would be getting rid of you quick. No wonder he dosen't trust you to be honest. I guess from the end of your post it means you are not going?
