Pain in the Neck!

Every so often, especially after i have just finished yawning, as i start to close my mouth, i get a pain goion down one side of my neck. It seems to happen more often when im laying down. Anyone know what it might be? It goes after a bit, and i can usually feel it coming, and so move into a more comfortable position to stop it!

If this is a 'nerve' thing and not a sharp nasty pain, I have this neck pain problem since 5 years coincident with an injury elsewhere. I think your chi or ley lines get blocked, mine ablatively, change the position of your bed, get a massage, blame it on the barometer some, endure it, get fitter, If it is a sharp pain on your left side; beware of heart attack - see a doctor.
