it means a woman who stalks men. Reference comes from 80s film Fatal Attraction with Glen Close's character stalking Michael Douglas

A crazy stalker, usually a women towards a man. Very often used to portray a woman who acts obsessive and jealous, to someone who is not their partner.

It comes from the film 'fatal attraction' where Glenn Close boils Michael Douglas' daughters rabbit as revenge for him having an affair with her then dumping her.

Or, of course, it could be a name for somebody who likes to eat rabbit stew a lot.
