Starflakes, I agree with redcrx completely. Don't panic, give your doctor a call and see what he/she says about the MAP. But I would suspect it'd be just that - don't worry.
I used to be paranoid about getting pregnant and did the same as you, protecting at both ends so to speak. I no longer do it but I also have a daughter. With time you'll be less anxious about it, though I am not sure if it's a good thing or not. One thing I know if you're not ready to be a mother just yet, then there is nothing wrong with dotting all the i's and crossing all the t's.
