After Show Parties...

Hiya, I've also put my question in 'Music'...so please don't shout...but need urgent advice from you lovely lot! Anyway, me and my mates have been invited to Bon Jovi's Aftershow party on Saturday night...does anyone know what these parties are all about? We've heard lots of good and bad stories, but don't know what to do. We, of course, want to say 'Hi' to Bon Jovi, but will they actually be there? We kinda thinking not? HELP... Thanks.

I got invited back stage at an Ice T and Bodycount concert ones. Boy was that an eye opener!! lol me and another girl were giggling and looking for a loo opened a door and nearly fainted! I wont go into details about what was going on in there but it make my hair curl (we slammed the door very quickly) Me and my mate then had to fend off two HUGE Americans who insisted we "come to a party at the hotel with the band" no thank you sonny m'Jim!! Just be careful hon, though saying that I think Bon Jovi have calmed down a LOT in recent ears, they used to be one of the worst bands for backstage er "antics" with groupies lol

Bon Jovi was well noted for his wild parties. He has a castle in Majorca and his parties had one hell of a reputation.

Anything with "after show" and "party" on usually means, get dressed up to the nines, let your hair down, sod the boyfriend, look out for Paps and Celebs and revel in the whiff of money!!

It does depend on the band. They may show up for an hour, circulate, and leave. Chances are, if you are not 'in' the industry, and you have been invited, it will be a pretty sedate affair, so don't worry too much.

Just realised - you may be home by now - I've been at Download all weekend, just got back.
