Tinted moisturiser

I'd like my arms to have a 'healthy glow'! Could anyone recommend a tinted moisturiser I could use (not a fake tan cream!) to soften and colour, please? Thank you.

This is exactly what you want! Marks and Spencer aftersun range - "Shimmering Tan Enhancer" - which you can use either to maintain a tan or on its own. Moisturising, shimmering, and not an orange streak in sight! Its about �8 but lasts for yonks. I am fair skinned and use it, my pal is darker and also loves it. Very natural.
