Does anyone suffer from stomach ache and wind (berping) first thing in the morning along with a sick feeling

don't panic too much Claire- it could be "just" ibs- I say just because the symptoms are horrible, I know, I've had it for over 10 years. You need to confirm it with your doctor though, just to make sure it's nothing else but ry not to worry too much.
