bumpy arms :(

eek! the sun is shining and its time to get ou the short sleeve tops, but the problem is over the winter ive developed a lot of tiny bumps on the top of my arms that swiftly turn red! ive read that you can buy cretain moisturiser for them but does anyone know any good ones or any brands?

Hi sleepin! It sounds like Keratosis Pilaris (see a previous Q).

I think the best thing to work is regular exfoliation.

I used to get this and I have found that drinking lots and lots of water as well as using the Sanctuary sugar body scrub has competely cleared it up.
